Key Responsibilities: Managing of key external stakeholders such as Government agencies Assuming responsibilities to originate and build new partnership as well as to maintain existing network with key stakeholders Building good network with Trading companies and acquiring market intelligence & industry best practices Design and executing corporate communications strategies, PR plans, tactics, and campaigns Building and upgrading the marketing foundation the brand Leading the company's brand-related communications, from strategizing, creating, curating, managing and publishing all social media contents Driving people initiatives including playing a key role in employees engagement/wellbeing initiatives as part of the internal welfare team Responsible for communication flow between management and members, particularly to work with stakeholders to breakdown and cascade key strategic messages to working level, ensuring deep understanding and alignment of business direction Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business, Marketing or related Strong HR generalist background, with working knowledge of several HR functions with an emphasis on employee relations, and relevant employment law Outstanding communication skills with professional writing abilities - prior experience crafting internal and public-facing content such as management speech/letter, social media posts Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital strategies that engage, inform and motivate Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking How to Apply: Simply submit your application with your updated Resume in MS Word Format to Shahul Abdullah (EA Personnel Reg.
