Must have experience in handling HR Labor relations for at least 2 years and with a strong knowledge and exposure to Philippine Labor Laws/Standards

Job Summary:
Assists the Manager in handling labor cases and other liaison works.
Represents the Company with government agencies and institutions: DOLE, NLRC, NCMB, DTI
Assists the Manager in handling employee investigation reports and notice of disciplinary actions and other matters/issues concerning labor-legal matters or involving disciplinary actions.
Solicits feedback, suggestions and queries pertinent to employee relations and reports the same to the Manager.
Develops/enhances company policies with respect to employee relation vis-a-vis code of conduct.
Conducts orientation and communicates to all employees new policies on code of conduct.
Assists the Manager in the design and implementation of motivational programs.
Assists the Manager in the design and implementation of values enhancement activities.
Assists program committees in all their company-wide activities and programs, problem-solving, communications, logistics preparation, etc.
Prepares monthly progress report on Employee Relations.
Develop, draft, revision, amendments of company policies involving labor relations and disciplinary actions.
Assists in the implementation of company security measures and security management coordinator.
Conducts appropriate investigation relative to the implementation of disciplinary action.
Coordinates with the company retained lawyers or legal consultants.
