Job Description
The HR Supervisor will oversee the overall HR functions (recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee & labor relations, training & development) of the company. He/She will report to the Vice President of Finance and Admin and will supervise 4 HR staff: recruitment, payroll, HRIS, generalist . Ledcore Construction and Development Corp. has a total of 210 employees.Job requirements:
- graduate of Psychology or any related course
- at least 5 years experience in HR in a Generalist capacity
- experience in handling a team
- willing to work in Toril, Davao City or stay in the staff house
- willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays, 7AM to 4PM
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Are you willing to work in Toril, Davao City?
- Are you willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 7AM to 4PM?
- HR Generalist: 4 years (Preferred)
- supervisory: 2 years (Preferred)
