JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Supervisor for Recruitment shall be responsible in implementing the Agency’s talent acquisition strategy. He/she will assist the HR Head in sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and on-boarding a diverse and high-performing workforce who will contribute build an organizational culture that supports the advancement of our mission and strategic plans. In his/her capacity, he/she shall recommend, plan, and implement staffing and talent strategy, internal communication processes, and culture-building practices to attract and retain talents. Additionally, he/she will drive IBA’s effort to attract, develop and retain a diverse workforce and encourage innovation, learning and cross-functional collaboration.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan and implement targeted recruitment strategies to ensure a robust and diverse applicant pool for all openings.
Develop and recommend policies for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
Manage the hiring process to ensure consistency across departments and appropriate communication among HODs of each SBUs.
Reviews employment applications and background check reports
Serves as ambassador at various events, like career fairs or other recruiting events
Counsel candidates on benefits, salary, and corporate environment and provide a job overview
Provide on-boarding services and agency orientation to all new staff members and ensure department and/or club level orientations are standardized and effective.
Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
Communicate regularly with HR Leaders to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals
Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenge
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry
