• Job Title: HR Supervisor
• Monthly Basic Salary: 30K-35K
• Work Set-Up: Homebased
• Schedule: Night Shift

SALARY PACKAGE

• Monthly Basic Salary: 30K-35K
• Monthly Meal Allowance: 1,500
• Rice Allowance (to be added on the 4th month): 1,000
• HMO and Life Insurance on the 1st day. Unused PTO credits are convertible to cash. Compensatory Day-Off.

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acts as single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit.
• Actively identifies gap, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
• Communicate and interpret Company policies and procedures with employees and managers while ensuring consistency in a day to day basis
• Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
• Acts as the performance driver and initiates positive changes in the people management
• Manages complex and challenging HR Projects cross-functionally
• Other ad hoc task

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills required
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Ability to act as an employee champion and change agent
• Demonstrated excellence in time management and problem solving and decision making skills

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent in relevant work experience
• 1 to 2 years Human Resource/management experience required
• Strong background in project management and change management skills, good negotiation skills, strong business acumen and labor law knowledge
