Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures accuracy and completeness of reports and data
  • Monitors on time implementation of employee's performance evaluation
  • Ensure all employee concerns were addresses properly and on time and suggest HR improvements to avoid recurrence of such concerns
  • Collaborates with Department Managers in addressing employee relations issues
  • Submits organized and accurate data on various HR Reports in a timely manner
  • Oversights Function to all subordinates
Job Qualification
  • Bachelors Degree Relevant to the job
  • Knowledgeable in all HR Facets
  • Preferably Supervisor for 3 years & up
  • Extensive work experience in HR
  • Proficient in MS Office Powerpoint and Excel
  • Must have excellent communication presentation skills
  • Must have strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize task and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Preferably can start immediately
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
  • 10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
