The Human Resource Supervisor is responsible for the following:
Serves as the point of contact on day-to-day HR matters
Overseeing the HR process
Designing company policies
Setting objectives for the HR team
Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
Support by understanding business priorities and objectives and provide guidance to employees and leaders on HR issues
Design company policies that promote a healthy work environment
Manages the implementation and interpretation of established HR policies, making employees aware of HR policies adherence matters
Partnering with leadership to create solutions for complex employee experience, retention, or employee-related issues
Supervise/manages appropriate corrective action and termination documentation
Conducts exit interviews as needed
Develop compensation and benefits plans
Support recruitment efforts and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
Discuss employees' career development paths with managers
Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
Review departmental budgets
Creates and Organizes learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
Ensure HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
Monitor and ensures compliance met with local employment laws and regulations and recommended practices
Maintains employment files and ensures regulatory survey readiness by conducting routine audits of employees' files and company records
Perform other HR duties as assigned

III. Knowledge-based
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Proven work experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software
Solid understanding or knowledge of labor legislation
With experience in attending/managing Labor Cases
Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws
Competency in using Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
