QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of Psychology / Human Resources / Behavioral Sciences / Management or equivalent At least three (3) years of professional experience in handling Employee Relations (company events and employee discipline; policy making) Adept in the Philippine Labor Code With above average communication skills (written, oral, interpersonal) Has the ability to communicate to various levels of the organization Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Doctorate (Preferred)
- Human Resources: 3 years (Preferred)
