The successful candidate will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process.
Conducts new hire employee orientations, apprises employees of benefit options, and accurately completes requisite paperwork for new staff members
Identify and address employee requirements regarding performance issues, career growth,etc.
Perform various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork
Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures
Will also be responsible in carrying out HR programs and activities,
Handling issues and concerns of employees.
Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent
At least 5 years of working experience in the field of Human Resources or equivalent, 2 years of which in supervisory capacity
Knowledgeable in the recruitment process, different job portals and institutions.
