At least 4-years of relevant working experience in Training, Learning and Development
HR-related training is advantage but not required
Must be able to manage overall Training and Development activities
Must be able to propose improvements in training related activities and projects
Flexible, adaptable and accommodating
Service oriented and flexible
Has an ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
