Executing end to end process of recruitment activities, include job description preparation, identification of suitable recruitment channels, initiating the recruitment process, shortlisting of applications, coordination of interviews and issue employment offer.
Keep up to date with employment laws across all regional offices and ensure policies and practices are regularly updated as needed.
Training and Development:
Identifying training and development needs within the organization through annual performance review, and annual training needs analysis.
Organizing and coordinating approved training.
Maintain and keep track of annual training and development reports.
Employee Relations and benefits:
Responsible for Payroll administration and other benefits programs.
Responsible for employee engagement/recreation activity.
Handle employees\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries on welfare, and benefits related topics.
Be the main contact person for employee enquiries.
Administration:
Maintain the accuracy of the HR database
Update Employee handbook as and when required
Equipped with basic knowledge in work permit, employment pass procedures
Administer employee medical, insurance registration, and claims.
Responsible for monthly HR reporting.
Oversee Office admin functions.
Job Requirement Education and Experience
Higher Diploma / Degree in Management, Human Resource or similar field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as HR Admin, HR Generalist or similar.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good understanding of Singapore labour law and compliance.
Good analytical and problem-solving and time management skills
Results oriented, resourceful, resilient, meticulous, initiative, team player
