Roles & Responsibilities

1. Role Description

This role is to manage all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. This includes overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the organization\'s talent management and fostering a positive work culture.

2. Specific Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations and Engagement
  • Performance Management
  • Training and Development
  • Compliance and Policies
3. Competencies
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the organization, including production, sales, marketing, and administration.
  • Promote a positive work culture and foster employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and productivity.
  • Collaborate with managers to conduct performance reviews and develop performance improvement plans where necessary.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments to policies and practices.
