Handle full spectrum of Human Resource and administrative functions
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, extending job offers, onboarding new employees and work pass applications
Process monthly payroll, CPF submission, yearly IR8A submission, and government claims (childcare, maternity claim etc)
Prepare employment documents such as letter of employment, increment letters, resignation acceptance letters and disciplinary action letters, etc.
Manage international employee transfers from/to other regional offices
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Handle employee benefits administration, including healthcare, insurance, and other benefits programs
Handle queries from and prepare surveys from statutory boards (MOM, CPF, IRAS etc.).
Manage all aspects of the rental & infrastructure planning (lease, moves and changes to workstations) of the office
Coordinate with other regional offices and the appointed secretary company to file and keep records of important corporate documents.
Oversee general administrative tasks and manage the day-to-day administrative duties
Perform any other HR and Admin duties as assigned by management.
