Drive HR key functions and participate to the design, development, and delivery of different actions to meet with the company's objectives.
Work together with the HR team to deliver and achieve success in the following areas: Learning and Development, Career & Talent Management, Organization Design, Recruitment & Selection and Compensation & Benefit.
In charge for the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure HR is aligned with the business strategy and goals.
Oversee all employment and labor regulations and ensure accordance with local employment laws.
Work closely with business leaders to ensure a positive and engaging workplace within the company.
Identify and resolve any employment and organizational issues that may arise.
REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university is required (a Master's degree or Professional HR Certification is preferred).
Have at least 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a multinational corporation, preferably in the banking or financial industries.
Have strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Developing and implementing strategic human resource functions.
Have extensive experience coaching and developing individuals and teams.
Have prior experience working in a global matrix organization across functional/business lines.
Experience with project management and change management.
