Responsibilities
Enhance employee retention by managing attrition, sharing project demobilization status and forecast
Ensure proper updates of HR reports as required; provide reports and interactive communication on all human resources activities and initiatives to the HR and business leader as required
Ensure Company’s awareness and compliance to changes in local employment laws
Ensure timely and efficient communication of all HR policies, guidelines and processes to all employees
Collaborate with concerned line manager and employee to ensure proper execution of any disciplinary procedure
Work with Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to build a strong pipeline of local talents by developing cost-effective and efficient recruitment sources – online, database, recruitment consultants, etc.
Work closely with Business Development or Project Leaders, from tender stage, staffing budget up to implementation
Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as required by the business and HR needs
Support Egis APAC business unit within Singapore and regional SEA project locations.
Profile
A bachelor’s degree or above in HR or related disciplines
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience at an HR operational level
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication (oral and written) and consulting skills are required. Ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels within the organization is required
Well-versed in Employment / Labour Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Singapore
Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced global environment, managing multiple projects with constantly changing priorities and deadlines
Ability to influence and develop respect, work flexibly and achieve results within a matrix environment
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
