Experience in human resources or related field. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. Experience in educating and coaching staff. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations. The HR Manager collaborates with management in order to enable measurable difference in employee focus and increase productivity. The role formulates partnerships across the human resource department to facilitate the delivery of value-added services to management Support and update the organisation on all employee relations matters Proactive support of the delivery of HR processes Support in HR interviews, appraisals, termination & end to end HR cycle Improving the learning & development and managing the trainings
