Job Description


As an In-Country Partnership Manager , you will be focusing on growing AYP Group's footprint and presences across APAC region. Your responsibility includes the in-country's partner development as necessary, but primarily to drive growth within AYP's existing portfolio of focus. Also, to manage high-potential partners including setting of strategic goals and supporting tactical initiatives required to drive AYP & partner's success. This role requires one with strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills, aligned with urgency to drive revenue while ensuring customer success. Responsibilities

  • Accountable for Nett new revenue growth from ICP network
  • Drive revenues through existing relationships with our ICP
  • Source, build and develop commercial relationships with domestic ICP to achieve revenue growth
  • Align AYP’s value proposition / solutions within partners’ GTM and services-based strategy
  • Develop and maintain a sales strategy and business plan for each focus ICP and manage communication cycles as required with both partners and AYP sales team to achieve aligned goals.
  • Facilitate account-based-partnering activities inclusive of whitespace research, account identification, account mapping, strategic account alignment and sales enablement.
  • Responsible for accurate operational and sales forecasting while achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Act as a trusted and valued resource with our partners to build strong field engagements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer excellence team to plan, deliver, and manage an effective communication and demand generation campaigns for your partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree of Business or equivalent from a reputable university
  • Min 3+ years' experience in Vendor Management, Account Management, or Channel Sales Experience (essential)
  • A strong understanding of HR / Fintech sales campaign dynamics and effective partnering strategies / best practices will be an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal / written communications, presentation, and negotiation skills with a strong business and analytic acumen
  • Proven sales track record is essential
  • High energy with the capability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing and global organization.
  • Thorough understanding of go-to-market strategies including account segmentation, portfolio positioning, marketing strategies, etc.
  • Broad exposure to a variety of technologies/concepts in a remote or hybrid work environment.
