Job Description
This is a permanent position attached to the Singapore office of a MNC which specializes in the design and sales of cables and interconnection systems for electronics. Location: Ang Mo Kio
Job Scope
- Promote the sales of existing and new product lines through written, verbal and personal sales efforts
- Assist in customer visits, exhibitions, and sales forecasting
- Prepare bids and quotations
- Prepare and submit reports as required. Establish and maintain competitor/supplier information files
- Develop new leads and prospects
- Review incoming orders for completeness and conformance to establish company requirements
- Review change orders for completeness and conformance to established company requirements
- Coordinate communications concerning orders with customer, sales, marketing, engineering, production, purchasing, and finance personnel
- Handle Customer enquiries
- Manage sales account
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in the quote/bid field
- Team-oriented with a desire to work in a small organization with a large degree of autonomy
- Must have experience in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Occasional travel is required
Salary Range : $2,500 to $4,000 per month
Working Hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm or 9am to 6pm, 5 day week
