Job Description

:

The role will be responsible for supporting Brand Communications & PR Lead in designing and implementing effective internal communication efforts, improving employee engagement, planning and executing events, as well as managing sponsorship activities for the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Communications

• Develop and execute the internal communications strategy to effectively convey bank-wide news, updates, and announcements to all employees
• Plan and execute events, including town halls, team building activities and recognition events, to support employee engagement and drive a positive work culture
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of internal communication initiatives and activities
• Partner HR to roll out communication and activities to engage employees on the bank\'s culture
• Measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and leverage relevant metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Liaise with Group Marketing and Corporate Communications on any internal communications related matters

• Manage and execute sponsorship(s) that is/are aligned with the bank\'s brand and business goals
• Maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors and sponsors, for smooth implementation of sponsored events
• Work with event and/or sponsorship partners on detailed plans to attain agreed targets and KPIs
• Ensure proper execution of bank\'s branding assets at the event
• Analyse and report event metrics, ROI and post-event feedback to determine areas of improvement
• Curate and draft content related to the event/sponsorship for PR and social media channels
• Onsite management of all bank-wide events
