Our client is one of Singapore's leading real estate developer with significant operations across the globe. They are also one of Singapore's top performing funds and are currently expanding its investment portfolio across other parts of the continent.


Job Responsibilities

• You will be responsible in develop business strategies and is involved in end-to-end business development activities which includes pursuing and evaluating business opportunities within the Southeast Asia region.
• You will help drives growth of the real estate portfolio by building relationships with stakeholders and supporting the origination of new investments and business opportunities.
• You will be responsible in develop and implementing a sound business plan for sourcing acquisition or investment opportunities, including formulating specific strategies to achieve short and long-term growth and profit objectives.
• Formulating and recommending key capital recycling strategies and executing selected strategies to improve portfolio returns.
• You will collaborate and worked with operations team to manage end-to-end investment transactions including origination, research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis including financial modelling, and deal negotiation and execution.
• You will also help to manage real estate projects in Southeast Asia region to help generate growth and sustainable returns.
• You will also oversee regional research and benchmarking to support strategic investment decision and asset management decisions relating to the asset portfolio.
• You will helped prepare management reports and board materials as and when necessary.

Job Requirements

• You will have a degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Business, Finance or any related discipline.
• Ideally, you will possess at least 7 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
• To be successful in this role you will need to be resourceful and possess an analytical mindset and be well versed in financial modelling and financial analysis.
• You will also have good financial product knowledge and be well exposed in business development and or development management. Having experience in industrial properties investment is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership skills, strong initiative, good business and financial acumen, and being able to work independently in a fast-paced environment are key traits that is highly desirable in this role.
