Responsibilities would include:

• Support the fund and portfolio management matters for the commercial real estate portfolio in Europe, USA
• Work closely with onshore fund managers and asset management teams on both fund and portfolio management matters
• Support reporting, budgeting and forecasting, asset management planning and strategizing to optimise portfolio income and realise the highest value of the firm\'s assets
• Assist with reporting and financial modelling requirements on both asset and portfolio levels.
• Work closely with both internal stakeholders across various functions and external consultants to meet business and operational needs
• Manage market intelligence, collate and analyse global market / industry information.

Profile of ideal candidate:

• Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline
• At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management / investments.
• Possess good quantitative skills and a foundation in finance and financial analysis
• Resourceful, while possessing good business and financial acumen. Has an analytical mind, a good understanding of financial statements and proficient in financial modeling
• Team player who can take initiative while being able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Overseas travelling is sometimes necessary, depending on business needs
