Responsibilities would include:

• Support the Asset Management department to formulate and execute strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income
• Compile, verify, organise and analyse data of the company\'s properties / assets to consolidate and derive portfolio level statistics
• Present analysis on the current status of the portfolio and strategic implications for future growth on both micro and macro levels
• Conduct research work related to the real estate industry, REITs, and macroeconomic trends, etc.

Profile of ideal candidate:

• Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline
• At least 2-6 years of relevant working experience in real estate asset management / investments
• Possess good quantitative skills and a foundation in finance and financial analysis
• Resourceful, while possessing good business and financial acumen. Has an analytical mind, a good understanding of financial statements and proficient in financial modelling.
• Team player who can take initiative while being able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
