We are looking for a detail-oriented, technology-loving engineer to join our team and grow with us at https://konbitech.com We are an IoT Engineering company that develops and deploys Unmanned Retail machines, and develops IoT Cloud based software to power these machines. This role involves direct hands-on work with machines, so good basics in wiring and a strong attention to detail are absolutely essential JOB SCOPE:
-Assembly, Deployment & Maintenance of Konbini\'s Unmanned Retail Machine Solutions (hardware + software)
-Coordinating with development team & suppliers/vendors to deliver projects on time.
-Prepare operations manuals, documents including training clients on product usage
- Ensure client requirements or feedback, project issues are reported and escalated
-Conduct basic testing on hardware/software and other ad-hoc duties when assigned
-Read technical manuals to understand how our system works
-Providing on-site and remote technical support for clients REQUIREMENTS:
General/Broad-based Engineering background covering basic Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical hands-on skills. Minimum diploma or degree on Engineering related studies Basic IT skills- IP networking, Serial device control, Windows/Android OS
