Job Description


  • Will do Incident Resolution within in the SLA
  • Will attend to Service Requests
  • To answer emails and calls within the time bounded set
  • To observe and practice in accordance with internal IT policies, standards and procedure
Requirements:
  • First level experience in troubleshooting of Personal Computers, Network and Security. MacBook knowledge will be additional advantage.
  • Candidate who possesses other computer hardware certifications will be added advantage
