Job Scope:
Experience with Desktop Troubleshooting
Oversee computer security and anti-virus updates etc.
Carry out computer “housekeeping” tasks
Provide IT support to computer users within the office
Logging all IT problems and resolutions
Liaise with external support company
Oversee file management on centralised resource (e.g. server) or on individual workstations
Inducting new staff on IT systems
Keep inventory or hardware and maintenance records
Ensure all software is properly licensed
