IT Service Desk /Helpdesk (L1 & L2 Troubleshooting)


Benefits Summary:

  • Basic up to $3500
  • 5 Days
- Monday to Friday, 9.00 am - 6.00pm
  • Jurong/ Bedemeer/ CBD

Job Scope:
  • Experience with Desktop Troubleshooting
  • Oversee computer security and anti-virus updates etc.
  • Carry out computer “housekeeping” tasks
  • Provide IT support to computer users within the office
  • Logging all IT problems and resolutions
  • Liaise with external support company
  • Oversee file management on centralised resource (e.g. server) or on individual workstations
  • Inducting new staff on IT systems
  • Keep inventory or hardware and maintenance records
  • Ensure all software is properly licensed
