Job Description

  • 1st level Support, keep users informed about their incidents status at agreed intervals
  • Represent the first stage of Incidents providing basic troubleshooting within the boundaries of the level 1 service catalogue
  • 1st level support in network troubleshooting skills including LAN, WAN and VPN Access.
  • 1st level support in Microsoft Office Suit, including Office 365
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree of any IT or Computer course
  • With 6 months to 1 year Technical/Onsite Support experience
  • Must have experience in ticketing system
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Knowledgeable with Basic Troubleshooting
  • Amenable to work onsite, specifically in Northgate Alabang
