Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Install, test and/or upgrade operating systems and/or applications approved
  • Assist in general information technology support requirements within expertise
  • Facilitate restoration of service within the prescribed Service Level Agreement (SLA) on each incident
  • Escalating incident tickets that cannot be resolved to upper-level support
  • Perform routine AV equipment checks on conference rooms to ensure usability and readiness
  • Provide on demand support to certain events hosted within the client premises
  • Participate in system upgrade activities and perform any-in scope tasks
  • Comply with policies and safely procedures
  • Identify problems necessitating need-based solutions
  • Accomplish daily status updates of all pending customer complaints.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must be graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in any IT related course
  • With at least 1 year work experience in the related field
  • Knowledgeable in any technical side such as troubleshooting, installation, configuration, etc.
  • Must be knowledgeable in handling ticketing system/ticket management
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible for shifting/rotational schedule
  • Willing to work in BGC
  • Can start ASAP
