Complete daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring checklist to ensure the stability and performance of our IT systems.
Create tickets for any issues identified during monitoring and coordinate the troubleshooting and rectification process with our managed services team.
Assist the managed services team with logs collection and testing to diagnose and resolve IT incidents.
Monitor and manage backups, archives, and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
Support backup recovery requests from users and assist in the restoration of data when needed.
Administer Active Directory (AD) and Share Drive related requests, including account creation, app/shared drive access and permissions updates, and password resets and unlocks.
Handle ticket requests for instance/server creation on ESX server and AWS platforms provisioned by the managed services team.
To support the managed services team during onsite network troubleshooting activities.
Perform routine physical checks for assets in the data center to ensure proper functioning and inventory accuracy.
Support end-user computing by providing level 2/3 support when required.
Assist in various IT projects as assigned, collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.
Perform necessary server setup procedures and its documentation.
