JOB DESCRIPTION
This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. The intern will be responsible in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 The intern will be involved in the full process of building Senior Living development projects\' business cases in Asia. \xe2\x80\xa2 This includes but is not limited to market studies, financial modeling, business case presentation drafting, etc. Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure to various aspects of managing an investment project \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of fundamentals of operational real estate
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Motivated. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint. \xe2\x80\xa2 Previous job experience including financial modelling.
