It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. The intern will be responsible in the following: Map and review existing customer journeys. Identify and remove pain-points and frictions. Design memorable experiences for the key moments. Communicate service and experience design to the organization. Learning Outcomes: Learning opportunities in design processes and working on real-world initiatives.
