What the role is:The role of the intern will be attached to the Learning and Development Office (LDO). - Contribute to the creation of a robust communications strategy for LDO Capability Development - Design eye-catching collaterals, such as EDMs, banners, and a microsite that align with these strategic goals - Collaborate with our team to establish a cohesive brand look and feel that reflects LDO's position as a forward-thinking L&D unit - Develop content that highlights available resources, promotes programmes and events, and showcases success stories within the L&D community - Assist in creating engagement strategies for various platforms to encourage participation and community building - Help conceptualise and execute campaigns that demonstrate LDO's thought leadership in the L&D spaceWhat you will be working on:The intern will play a vital role in enhancing LDO's impact across the public service. By helping to develop and implement a targeted communications strategy, they will help increase awareness of LDO's resources and initiatives among L&D specialists throughout the public service. Their creative input in designing compelling collaterals and content will foster greater participation in LDO's programmes and events, maximising the impact of our L&D offerings. Through these comms and engagement strategies, they will help create a more connected and collaborative network of L&D professionals across the public service and help position LDO as a key knowledge hub and leader in the L&D space within the public service.What we are looking for:- Strong creative skills with an eye for design and branding - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various platforms - Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, particularly in awareness-building and engagement - Adaptability and willingness to learn about public service operations and L&D needs and practices - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) (Good-to-have) - Enthusiasm for building professional networks and fostering community interactions (Good-to-have) - Experience with or aptitude for social media management and community engagement (Good-to-have)About Civil Service College:The Civil Service College (CSC) is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister's Office.
