The Role As a Learning Partner, you will manage all training and developmental requirements of the assigned group. You will ensure that the training curriculum plan is relevant, up-to-date, complete, and implemented for each function. How you'll contribute

  • Accredits potential trainers through coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback to sustain a pool of qualified trainers.
  • Designs and develops simple e-learning modules using the latest technology to achieve an interactive and engaging program
  • Determines developmental needs of the employees by conducting a Training Needs Analysis to determine the appropriate learning intervention.
  • Conducts/facilitates training programs and/or developmental interventions for employees using the Adult Theory Principles and by practicing good presentation skills to transfer knowledge and equip the participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively do their job
  • Creates visual aids and training materials using the prescribed SBC Branding and with a good knowledge of available tools such as Powerpoint and Canva to achieve engaging and interactive training peripherals
  • Designs, develops, and leads the implementation of experiential leadership development programs following the prescribed standard template of the bank to support HR Succession Planning in the development of high potential employees to higher positions in the future.
  • Designs/develops training programs and learning interventions using the prescribed Instructional Design Model to achieve a highly interactive, engaging, and experiential module.
  • Designs and implements post-program surveys using the latest L&D tools and templates to measure the effectiveness of the training programs in terms of behavior change.
What we're looking for
  • With at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Able to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, innovative mindset, and able to adapt to the changing trends in learning and development
  • Facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills to achieve results
  • Technical skills in instructional design or video editing is an advantage
