Job Description
Job responsibilities 1 . Contract management: responsible for contract revision, review, and provide professional opinions. 2. Risk control and compliance: risk identification, legal advice to business departments; Analyze and study relevant laws and policies, and conduct irregular training to ensure that products and services are compliant. 3 . Participate in the preparation of investment and financing related to the company\'s important business activities, and handle corresponding legal affairs. 4. Handle the affairs assigned by other leaders
Qualification
1, bachelor degree or above, major in law and related studies;
2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in foreign-related legal affairs and Internet legal affairs, and experience in handling foreign-related legal disputes, litigation and arbitration cases is preferred;
3. Strong legal logic ability and professional analysis ability, good communication and teamwork spirit;
4. Familiar with all kinds of office software;
