  • Establish strong rapport with customers through effective communications and problem resolution
  • Liaison with various support departments (Accounts & Finance, Air & Sea Operations and Sales) to process daily schedule of incoming and outgoing stock or 3rd party
  • Liaison with customers on transport arrangement for goods delivery and generate delivery orders
  • Arrange for import and export shipments (if any)
  • Generate daily inventory report for checking
  • Generate monthly customers\xe2\x80\x99 inventory report for customers\xe2\x80\x99 verifications
  • Perform stock take on a monthly basis to ensure accurate stock inventory in the warehouse; to rectify the problem should any discrepancies occur
  • Support all administrative issues, ie billing, monthly report
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when required
