Logistics Customer Service Cy

Job Description


  • Follow up and update customer timely on all shipment details, schedule and status
  • Prepare and handle full set of shipping documents and clearance
  • Coordinate with transport and warehouse departments
  • Work closely with overseas agent/partner and customer for shipment schedule and details
  • Attend to new customer enquiries and provide relevant quotation accordingly
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or relevant field
  • At least 1 year relevant experience in logistic customer service

Working Hour: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri) Salary: $3000 Location: One-North
