Logistics Customer Service Cy

Job Description
- Follow up and update customer timely on all shipment details, schedule and status
- Prepare and handle full set of shipping documents and clearance
- Coordinate with transport and warehouse departments
- Work closely with overseas agent/partner and customer for shipment schedule and details
- Attend to new customer enquiries and provide relevant quotation accordingly
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or relevant field
- At least 1 year relevant experience in logistic customer service
Working Hour: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri) Salary: $3000 Location: One-North
