Job Responsibilities:

Responsible in liaising and coordinating with oversea vendor/ customer, freight forwarders, carriers and 3rd party logistics
Responsible in settling for shipment ETA, booking and confirmation on direct shipments
Responsible in preparing shipping documents for import and export process flow
Monthly submission of marine insurance report to the Accounts Department
Assisting in the warehouse to verify on the incoming and outgoing items, buffer stocks etc.
Any other job duties as assigned by HOD

Job Requirements:

With relevant working experience in processing import shipments and documentation for F&B products
Familiar with import/ direct shipments, incoterms and documentation coordination preferred
Familiar with inventory management and marketing skill preferred
Familiar with Microsoft NAV software strongly preferred
Working location: Redhill
Working hours: 5.5 working days per week, Mon to Fri, 9am to 5.30pm and Alt Sat, 9am to 12.45pm
