What the role is:You will be part of the team to drive capability building efforts for Whole-of-Government communications community under the Public Comms Functional Leadership.What you will be working on:Your responsibilities will include: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop strategies and plans to raise capabilities of communications officers across the Whole-of-Government \xe2\x80\xa2 Incorporate the Public Communications Competency Framework into training, postings and talent management; \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive programmes to develop language capabilities; \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct workforce planning to guide individual agencies to transit to the recommended operating model and build capability in priority areas; \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop specialist tracks for functions which require technical mastery; \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage the comms community through various initiatives; and \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate job rotations and attachments for communications officers to hone their skills in different environment and gain exposure.What we are looking for:
