Job Description

You will be part of the Facilities Management Transformation team that will research, develop and implement solutions to improve the productivity of the facilities management at a world class airport.

s:

• Plan and execute strategies and roadmap of Facilities Management Transformation, track progress of strategic objectives and measure key results.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to explore new technologies and innovations to help drive productivity and automation in existing processes, equipment and infrastructure.
• Lead and/or partake in initiatives across different spectrums of facilities management including developing and testing hypotheses, validating proposed solutions and driving development iterations.

• Good degree in Estate or Facility Management, Real Estate, Property Development, Engineering or equivalent.
• You will require strong numeracy and analytical skills with the ability to frame issues and enjoy collaboration across different disciplines.
• Good interpersonal, project and stakeholder management, communication skills, determination, critical thinking, curiosity and positive attitude.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing new technology (such as robotics, IoT and sensors, software and hardware systems integration, etc), innovation, managing projects and interacting with internal and external stakeholders will be preferred. Experience in design thinking and user experience/ interface (UX/UI) design is an added advantage.
• A good understanding of and experience in facilities management operations is required.
