DESCRIPTION:The candidate is invited to join one of the fastest-growing regional communications consultancies. Reporting to the Regional Head of Human Resources, the chosen candidate will support the organization on a regional level in our extension efforts and support the following aspects:

Responsibilities

• Resourcing – support on 360-degree recruitment cycle
• Workplace Health and Safety management
• Performance review cycle process management and conducting of Employee Engagement Surveys
• Legal compliance throughout human resource management; keep up to date on employment laws and employment best practices for both local and foreign offices. Support the creation of employee handbooks in new offices and make edits to current ones as per industry guidelines
• Compensation & Benefits; be updated on current salary ranges/benefits for the industry in all markets. Source and manage insurance providers for new and current markets
• Learning and Development - Manage internal trainings and source for vendors for external training as per staff needs
• HRIS - Source and implement a new HRIS system for the region and train new joiners on the application of the system.
• Source for insurance providers in new markets and process insurance renewals for current markets

• REQUIREMENTS:Diploma/Degree holder with at least 4 – 5 years of relevant experience
• Ideally has worked in a professional services environment
• Analytical, resourceful, meticulous, and confident
• Excellent active listening and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in a team
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ideally comes with experience in HRIS implementation/management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office
