Entity: Allianz SE Singapore Branch


Job Purpose: The Incumbent is responsible to runs a dedicated area of the Regional Center of Expertise APAC by providing input, support & advice on all Rewards & Performance (RP) matters. She/ He offers a “one face to the customer” and provides his customers & stakeholders with expertise based on a deep knowledge of RP products and regional specifics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports, develops & maintains specific RP policies & guidelines to ensure consistency within the region and with regular interaction with Group (based on global strategy, policies and templates);
  • Ensures that development & execution of policies are in compliance with all core regulations (including reporting);

- Ensuring data integrity of relevant population groups in the HR System - Success Factors
  • Work closely with Global Mobility team in design and execution of mobility offers within group
  • Support the RP teams in Operating entities in grading projects and any new compensation program designing
  • Support the Region wide year end cycle activities (Performance and compensation management) with focus on C suite compensation management
  • Long Term Incentive Plan administration
  • Support Salary Survey collation of data from Regional Entities and data submissions
  • Opportunity to drive regional and global projects/initiatives (Equal Pay, Benefits Review and Strategy for APAC)



Key Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of RP policies & processes;
  • Has an entrepreneurial mindset in delivering Rewards topics and executive
  • Change agent & customer orientated;
  • Strong understanding of regional business challenges (present & future), combined with curiosity for digital innovations;
  • Excellent command of overall employee value chain, HR market trends, HR policies, HR technology directions & strategic business impact of key HR topics;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to work with several stakeholders & interfaces;
  • Ability to engage key stakeholders, build support & influence outcomes in the context where RP topics need to be driven in a matrix organization;
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, execution & problem-solving skills to succeed in a challenging & changing environment;
  • 5+ years of expertise in RP expert related topics; Deep functional expertise in RP CoE fields;
  • Proven track record in coordinating global processes including non-RP related topics;
  • Experience working in a virtual team and developing strong working relationships / network within CoE community;
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills in English, additional regional languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa...) is a plus
