Job Description

Corporate Partners Engagement & Programmes

- Establish good network with PA Divisions, grassroots organisations and corporate partners for sponsorship, participation, and support of new and sustain existing programmes aimed to engage working professionals.

- Develop a framework to recruit, engage and retain corporate partners with partnership strategies for relationship management and induction of partners to PA\xe2\x80\x99s larger network.

- Co-curation and customisation of programmes with stakeholders for participation and support of local community volunteering opportunities

- Recruit volunteers from the corporate partners to induct them on IHLG volunteering platforms

- Develop, promote, and implement existing and new initiatives and programmes to amplify IHLG purpose

- Liaise with vendors, tenants and partners to ensure the effective and efficient programme delivery

Marketing and Communications

- Plan and manage content that aligns with IHLG objectives on communication media channels, such as Facebook, telegram and Instagram to increase awarenesss.

- Implement and ensure consistency in content and branding for marketing campaign and publicity materials inclusive of EDMs, posters, flyers

- Produce and maintain digital assets (e.g. videos, photos) to enhance \xe2\x80\x98brand\xe2\x80\x99 presence at IHLG and digital media platforms.

- Champion the branding of key focus areas/projects with the objective to generate and sustain greater awareness on IHLG programmes and initiatives

- Measure and track monitor IHLG social media channels performance and generate reports with insights and recommended actions.

- To formulate communication plans including the drafting of section reports, course proposals, marketing reports and press releases.

IHLG Fitness members and Interest Groups (IG) Management

- Sustain fitness members and existing IG communities to participate and collaborate on engagement for working professional and induct to PA\xe2\x80\x99s larger network.

- Lead in high point events and road shows to promote and showcase IHLG.

Other Duties
- Perform other ad-hoc duties not covered under main responsibilities and duties, as and when assigned by senior officers
