Job Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with key business stakeholders, vendors and customers. - Develop and implement business strategies for the APAC region businesses. - Ensure daily management of operations activities to ensure business objectives are met. - Ensure compliance with regulatory standard and policies within the group. - Develop plans and targets for the company. - Manage internal & external escalations promptly. - Managing the internal management committee. - Research and identify growth opportunities - Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: - At least 10 years of Sales & Management experience in the precision measuring field - Proven experience or track records of sales performance. - Able to speak and write both English and Japanese language - Proficient in MS Office such as Powerpoint, Excel & Word. - Able to cope well in a dynamic work environtment and able to handle grievances within the organization. - Possess an exceptional level of interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with others. - Able to multi-task efficiently - Able to travel at short notice
