Job Summary: As a Managing Director, you are responsible in managing and overseeing all business operations, people management and ventures towards the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial
• performance, investments and other
• business ventures.
• Formulate, develop and execute business plans and budgets in order to achieve shortterm and long-term objectives.
• Provide strategic advice to the board.
• Plan cost-effective operations and market development activities.
• Establish company policies and legal guidelines.
• Build long term, trusting relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities.
• Supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
• Ensure performance appraisal, training and professional development activities.
• Talent management including to delegate responsibilities, supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
• Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
• Stock control activities to oversee inventory level.
• Other corporate planning/management activities, including but not limited to office and finance planning.

• Over 10 years experience in Pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in sales; managing teams and coaching employees to reach their full potential.
• An independent and mature personality.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Possess strong understanding of company\xe2\x80\x99s products and global pharmaceutical industry,
• internal workflow and communication channel with business counterparts.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese (preferred) as this position works closely with China counterparts.
