Determine the management plans, policies and business objectives related to the management of the Company and responsible for the implementation and achievement of results.
Coordinate the sales, market development, research and development as well as productoperations in the Company.
Establish and improve the Company\'s organizational and work system. Responsible for creating an efficient organizational team and building good communication channels.
Coordinate the relevant internal/external work relationships, maintain and enhance the Company\'s brand image and reputation.
Responsible for the formulation of the management department\'s business plan according to the strategic objectives proposed by the group headquarters and oversee the implementation to ensure the completion of the annual business tasks.
Pay close attention to the analysis and research of market informationas well as product innovation and enhance market adaptability and competition.

Requirements:

At least 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the LNG industry.
Solid and proven track records in the Asia region focusing on LNG infrastructure development, gas-to-power, engineering consulting, oil & gas trade, EV and EV charging.
High level of business awareness and acumen.
Good knowledge of the intricacies of financial and business management.
Excellent Leadership, communication, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong crisis management and conflict mediation skills.
