• You will be the right hand man of the Group CMO, helping to ensure that all marketing operations are operating smoothly globally as well as owning projects of your own
• Work alongside Group CMO to deploy successful marketing campaigns globally
• Own the implementation from ideation to execution
• Develop a detailed project schedule and improve on the brief where needed based off client discussions.
• Determine and define project scope and objectives, as well as required resources
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Ensure regional teams are on track with all marketing projects globally
• Status track all project progress across key global projects and work with local teams to find solutions for any challenges encountered
• Guide global teams in strategy and execution
• Ensure work is delivered on time to clients to a high standard
• Ensure everyone in the team is productive and working efficiently globally
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess against goals
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement, and implement these improvements
• Analysis of budget versus actual performance
• Help improve marketing communication throughout the company for material sharing as well as knowledge sharing
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
