Efficiently managing the end-to-end recruitment process, creating an engaging and positive experience for potential candidates
Partnering effectively with senior stakeholders and external agencies
Identify and evaluate candidates, creating a diverse and relevant pipeline using multiple sourcing platforms
Analyse market trends and competitors to provide helpful market intelligence
Support global HR team to create an engaging campus recruitment program / events
Key Requirements:
1-5 years of relevant Tech Recruitment experience, whether it\'s in-house or from a reputable agency
Experience working with tier one financial institutions OR tech giants with a high technical bar
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Mandarin is a plus!
Stable progression within past jobs (no jumpiness unless justifiable) and a track record of securing awesome talent
