Job Description

My client in town is looking for the above candidate

:

  • Supporting business needs and coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Access control management for newcomers.
  • Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering.
  • Providing office support like maintenance, mail collection and delivery, expense reimbursement.
  • Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and IT assets.
  • Ensure that daily office operations are performed in a seamless and efficient manner.
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.
  • Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
  • Any other job responsibilities assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of office administration experience.
  • Experience working in multinational environments is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Responsible, good teamwork spirit, positive and motivated, with good learning ability.
