Provide administrative support to the Senior Management team on operational work and projects
Assist with general HR administrative work
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the management or team
Manage general correspondences (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Manage office procurement such as tracking of office equipment and stocks, and conduct research and quotations comparison for office purchases, maintenance and repair, etc.
Supervise administrative staff
Support bookkeeping procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Able to multi task and meticulous
Competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, self-motivated, and trustworthy.
Good knowledge of MS Office
At least a diploma in office administration or relevant field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles such as bookkeeping and other general financial procedures
Familiar with office management procedures and basic HR administration
Able to start work immediately is preferred
