Responsibilities
- Ensure telephone is answered promptly and in a clear, professional, and friendly manner
- Sending out deliveries and parcel collections
- Checking and distributing of mails
- Processing of documents
- Maintain proper housekeeping for office premises
- General office maintenance
- Other related or relevant tasks
