Workplace Management Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Workplace Management Specialist to oversee and enhance our workplace operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for technology, with a focus on automating processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and employee experience. This role involves managing day-to-day workplace functions, improving internal workflows, and leveraging automation tools to create a streamlined and efficient working environment.Key Responsibilities

• Parking Management: Manage season parking arrangements
• Process Workdays Purchase Order and payment
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding of staff, contractors, interns and IOs - Physical & Digital card access control, programming, printing etc
• Car pool Management : renewals and maintenance.
• Keep track of Inventory (pantries and office supplies)
• Business Cards & corporate stationery: Manage the production and distribution of business cards for Singapore and international offices.
• Fixed Assets: Track and manage workplace fixed assets.
• Procure, maintain, and manage office equipment and pantry & office supplies.
• Vending Services: Manage and provide these amenities to employees
• Property Insurance renewal
• Shared Car pool scheduling
• Floor plan updating
• Admin fire evacuation
• Project work such as Automation and streamline operational work processes
• Any other assignments given by Team lead

• Diploma in building &/or facilities mgt / business/ Data Analytics/ Business Digitalization/ Communication/ Applied Management for Future Workplace/ Sustainable Facilities Management
• Fresh Degree in facilities mgt, business, hospitality.
